Brittany Cole
An avid explorer who’s visited over 30 countries, Brittany plans European escapes, ski and golf getaways, luxury cruises, and the countryside villa weeks where a few families take on a place together. She builds every trip around real cultural experience: private guides, hidden vistas, family photoshoots, the meal you’ll still be talking about a year later. With a Masters in Nutrition, Brittany believes food is the fastest way into a place ‑ Michelin tasting menus, market tours, cooking classes, and the humble neighborhood spot you’d never find on your own. Having kids ‑ two under three ‑ has made seeing the world even better: sharing those experiences with them is a different thing entirely, and exponentially funnier. And you won’t believe how good a week in an Irish villa with your closest friends and their families can be until you’ve done it.

A former startup tech department head, Brittany made a bold career shift to turn her passion for travel into a way of life. No longer content with counting down to the next vacation, she chose to live it every day. Having explored over 30 countries ‑ from Jordan to Argentina ‑ she curates journeys that blend adventure, culture, and genuine comfort, with a specialty in European travel and an abiding love for the Alps. She comes from a family of skiers and golfers, so she knows what a good week on the mountain or the course actually requires.
Everything she plans is structured so you see something real and unhurried. Private guides who’ll take you where the locals actually shop in Paris, or a private breakfast on top of the Empire State Building. She loves mixing the local with the iconic ‑ everyone should see the Great Wall, and everyone should eat at a hole-in-the-wall in Greece.
Traveling with young kids? This is where Brittany goes deep. Having kids should expand your horizons, not limit them ‑ and a toddler doesn’t mean trading the trip you wanted for a resort wristband. (Though yes, she’ll plan your Disney World trip ‑ she loves the Polynesian!) The whole point is your kids in the places you love: tasting things they can’t pronounce, riding a gondola for the first time, running around a piazza at golden hour. What she builds in is the flex ‑ a morning of real skiing while the little one’s in lessons with an instructor who’s great with three-year-olds, a nap covered so you can walk the town, a dinner or two that’s just the two of you. Not a vacation where you hand off your kids. A family vacation built for everyone, where “luxury” means the access and the help that let you come home rested.
Most properties will tell you they’re family-friendly. Brittany knows which ones take children under four and which quietly don’t, which run a proper crèche with qualified staff, which Italian properties will send a vetted nanny to your suite at 7pm, which ski schools genuinely teach toddlers and which only say they do, and the room configuration where the baby monitor actually reaches the terrace. She’ll also tell you what to buy for a smooth flight ‑ the small stuff nobody warns you about.
Traveling as a group? This might be the best thing she plans. Friends with kids the same age, or three generations under one roof ‑ and here’s what nobody tells you: it’s easier. Kids who have each other don’t need you the same way. Afternoons disappear into the pool, someone’s always happy to take the little ones for an hour, and you get a morning to explore on your own ‑ then everyone lands at one grand table at night. Brittany builds these around exactly that rhythm: a villa on a working winery with room to spread out, private chalets and estates where the layout keeps grandparents, parents, and babies comfortably out of each other’s way, a chef who serves dinner once the kids are asleep, a sitter arranged so the adults can have a proper night, and days that split by age and pace before bringing everyone back together. The kids build friendships of their own while you get your trip back. She handles the coordination across households, so nobody has to be the group’s travel agent ‑ and she’ll tell you when to commit, because the villas worth having are gone six to eight months out.
And when it’s just the two of you, Brittany knows better than most what to do when the kids aren’t around ‑ whether you’re parents, not yet parents, or long past the diaper years. Long lunches, better rooms, good people watching, a small-ship cruise through the Mediterranean, and the kind of experiences you can’t book online.
Whether it’s your first big trip with a baby, a ski week in the Alps, or twelve people under one roof in the South of France, Brittany builds it to be immersive, unhurried, and genuinely restorative ‑ thoughtfully crafted, and truly one of a kind.

What travelers say
From recent five-star Google reviews.
“Brittany was amazing to work with while planning my family’s 10-day trip to England. She was incredibly collaborative, quick to respond, and consistently offered thoughtful insights as I shared my vision and hopes for the trip. We were a bit anxious about traveling so far ‑ and for so long ‑ with an almost-two-year-old, but Brittany helped us feel completely confident in both our plans and the family-friendly nature of our itinerary. Every accommodation she arranged for us had everything we needed. We’re so grateful for her expertise and support!”

“If you’re looking for someone who truly puts clients first and can juggle the most complicated of travel plans with grace and expertise, look no further. From the very start, Brittany went above and beyond to navigate an array of complex variables for our large, multi-generational family. Coordinating a group with differing dietary restrictions, diverse activity preferences, and geographic considerations could have been a logistical nightmare, but Brittany managed it seamlessly. Her knowledge and attention to detail is impressive, but more than that, we appreciated her kind, patient approach.”
Bridget · Grand Cayman
“I was hesitant to use a travel agent until I found Brittany. I’ve always liked researching destinations myself, but Brittany is such a wealth of knowledge and found hotels, activities, and locations that I wouldn’t have been able to find myself. I’ve got to keep all the fun of discovery on my own with her expert guidance and have 2 magical trips underneath my belt with her help. She is stuck planning all my vacations for the rest of my life!”
Meredith · Greece / Portugal
