For one of our business clients, knowing her preferences allows us to adjust her flights and hotels as business meetings shift without sacrificing how she chooses to travel. When she hosts a dinner meeting with clients, she has to text her concierge, Gabby, who will find a handful of restaurants that make sense for her location and time and have room for her party.
